Initial and One Time Cleaning

All of our residential cleaning services start with a one time, top to bottom clean.

Common Areas (Living room, family room, office, den, dining areas, hallways):

• Dust all surfaces ie: tables, mantel, picture frames etc
• Clean sliding glass doors and mirrors
• Spot clean interior doors, jams, banisters
• Wipe baseboards
• Vacuum carpets
• Sweep and mop hard floors, shake or vacuum rugs

Bedrooms:

• Dust or wipe tables, blinds, window sills, dressers, lamps, frames
• Clean mirrors
• Change linens, only if requested
• Vacuum carpets
• Sweep and mop hard floors, shake rugs

Bathrooms:

• Dust top to bottom including light fixtures
• Clean mirrors and countertops
• Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, showers/tub
• Spot clean walls/cabinets
• Sweep and mop floors, shake rugs
• Empty trash if requested

Kitchen:

• Clean countertops, front of refrigerator, dishwasher, polish stainless steel
• Clean inside/outside of microwave
• Wipe outside of cabinets
• Clean and disinfect sinks
• Clean window behind sink, if reachable
• Sweep and mop floors, shake rugs
• Empty trash, if requested

Add-ons available with additional fee:

• Clean inside of oven
• Clean inside of refrigerator
• Clean inside of cabinets
• Limited Laundry Services
• Wash/put away dishes/fill dishwasher
