Camas Housecleaning – Policies & Service Agreement

Effective Date: 12/31/2021 

Thank you for choosing Camas Housecleaning. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies and guidelines that apply to all services.


Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Please allow a 15-45 min arrival window for scheduled services due to traffic or prior job overruns.

  • Reminders will be sent via email and text 24hrs in advance for Weekly/Biweekly clients and 48hrs for Monthly. 
  • We ask that the home be accessible at the scheduled time. If you don’t plan on being present, please leave a key or code.

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (if we cannot gain entry) are billed at 50% of the service fee.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, Venmo, or credit/debit card.

  • Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Supplies & Equipment

  • Camas Housecleaning provides all cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • If you prefer we use your personal products, please notify us in advance. We are not responsible for damage caused by customer-provided products.

Photos & Social Media

  • The Company may take before-and-after photos of cleaning work for quality control and marketing purposes.

  • Photos will only capture the work performed and will never include personal or identifying information (such as people, family photos, addresses, or valuables).

  • By booking services, the Client grants permission for these photos to be used by the Company for promotional purposes, including on social media and the Company website.

  • If the Client prefers not to have photos taken or shared, they may opt out at any time by notifying the Company.

Quality Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to fix the missed area at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are not offered, but we strive to ensure every client is happy.

Health & Safety

  • For the safety of our staff, we do not clean areas with hazardous materials, including but not limited to: Animal or human fecal matter, drugs and/or paraphernalia, insect infestation or mold. Depending on severity, staff will work around the area or report to the administration and the homeowner and leave the premises. Full service fee will still apply.  

  • Dogs must be secured (in a separate room, crate, or outdoors) during service. This ensures the safety of pets and staff, prevents accidents, and allows cleaning to be completed efficiently.

  • We cannot move items over 25 pounds. 

Damages & Liability

  • We take the utmost care in your home. In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • Camas Housecleaning carries general liability insurance for your protection.

  • Items deemed irreplaceable (art, heirlooms, collectibles) should be pointed out and excluded from cleaning.
